Free Pickup
Free pickup is available from our Truganina VIC 3029 base by appointment. We'll notify you when your order is ready and arrange a suitable pickup time. Please bring adequate vehicle space for larger pieces such as arches and plinths.
Production & Delivery Lead Times
Most pieces are made to order. Lead times vary by product, finish and customisation — see the individual product page for a specific estimate, or get in touch with your event date for confirmation.
Raw finishes: typically the shortest lead time
Primed and painted finishes: typically require additional production time
Custom sizes, engraving or colour matching: confirmed individually by quote
Damaged, Faulty or Missing Items
- Please inspect your order at the time of delivery or pickup where possible
- If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or with parts missing, contact us within 48 hours so we can arrange a resolution
- Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy
